With this in mind, our team needed to align design, copy, and sentiment with FluentPet’s vision and reconcile the brand’s voice with the audience’s non-expert content preferences.

Our team did this through our bespoke brand review process, including deep dives into all social channels and brand guidelines and an initial content revision process until perfect alignment.

People show true passion and affection when their animal companions are involved. FluentPet recognized this early and set up various fun quizzes that both engaged the audience and provided us with invaluable subscriber data.

Through automation, we leveraged multiple bits of subscriber data such as animal type (dog, cat, etc.), their age, how vocal they are, and more within the context of talking with buttons and which products are right for which learner.

This elevated engagement through the roof and transformed Welcome, Abandoned Cart, and other flows into well-oiled conversion machines.

In half a year, we see a 4.5x increase in overall email revenue with a massive boost in customer lifetime value. Email revenue levels have since stabilized at around 28x ROI on email spending.
